WHAT IS CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY?

Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to help you access a deeply relaxed and focused state of awareness.

In this state, we can work with the subconscious mind - where many of our automatic thoughts, beliefs, habits and emotional responses are held.

You remain aware and in control throughout the experience. Hypnosis isn’t about being asleep or losing control; it’s an opportunity to quiet some of the conscious thinking and work more directly with the patterns you’d like to change.

WHAT CAN HYPNOTHERAPY HELP WITH?

01 - Thoughts & Beliefs
Shift limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and self-doubt.

02 - Habits & Behaviours
Work with automatic habits, responses and behaviours you’d like to change

03 - Emotional Wellbeing
Support greater calm, confidence, emotional regulation and a healthier response to stress

what does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis can feel different for everyone. Many people describe it as a deeply relaxed and focused state, similar to becoming completely absorbed in a book, movie or your own thoughts.

You may feel very relaxed, notice a sense of heaviness or lightness, or simply feel calm and focused.

You’ll still be able to hear my voice and respond throughout the session. Some people remain aware of everything, while others may drift in and out of awareness as they become deeply relaxed. There is no “right” way to experience hypnosis, and you remain safe throughout the process.
